Most of us have one place we think of as home. Moses was the same. For him, though, the homeplace was not a house filled with memories. It was, instead, a Person. The Lord God Himself was the very dwelling place for Moses and the chosen people of Israel. How can that be so? Psalm 90:1 gives us two key truths to show us how.

The other day I saw a website called, "Lies of the Bible," an all-out attack on the truthfulness of the Word of God. Why?  And what prompts the unabated attacks on Christians calling us hate-mongers, unloving, uncaring, and many other such evil things? Why do athiests hate us so much? The simple truth is, it’s not us, it’s God they hate.  It's God they're really after.

Job had lost everything he had built by his hard work and the blessing and protection of God.  When Job's three friends heard about the grief of their friend, they came to his side to comfort him.  But, at first, they didn't know what to say to their friend, so they sat down on the ground next to Job for the next seven days and nights and said nothing....
